Jeanie Gibbs is a motivated, experienced, and diligent broker who specializes in retail and land. Jeanie has expert market knowledge in the Houston area and works throughout Texas. Jeanie has worked with a broad spectrum of clients including public lending institutions, Fortune 500 companies, private equity funds, specialty REITs, national retailers, restaurants, specialty retailers, and community developers who specialize in multi-family, retail, residential, retail, storage, and medical.
Jeanie began her commercial real estate career at Wulfe & Co in 2008 where she focused on retail leasing, tenant representation, land, and investment sales. She joined Read King in 2015 to focus on master development planning, retail, and land.
Jeanie’s success in brokerage had been attributed to her responsiveness, strong negotiation skills, uncompromised integrity, diverse market knowledge, exceptional marketing strategies and outstanding customer service commitment. Jeanie and her team give their clients the leading edge in the marketplace and always ensure their clients goals are met.
Jeanie is an active member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities) and received her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2014. She attended Leasing I & II at the ICSC John T. Riordan School for Professional Development in Scottsdale, Arizona and received her Texas Real Estate Salesperson License in 2007. Jeanie has been recognized as a Heavy Hitter by the Houston Business Journal.
Jeanie is a lifelong resident of Texas. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her graduate degree at the University of Houston. Jeanie was a recipient of the Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts Endowed Scholarship and was a member of the Phi Beta Delta and Eta Sigma Delta Honor Societies. She has been active in the community and worked with such charitable organizations as the Houston Women’s Center, Houston SPCA, Pets Alive, University of Texas Alumni, and the Ronald McDonald House. Jeanie headed the mentorship committee for CCIM and is currently on the board of Girls Inc. of Houston.
