A native Houstonian, Will Bradley has a strong and broad understanding of the Houston market. He has seven years of Commercial Real Estate experience focusing on Retail Real Estate.
Will graduated from the University of Mississippi with a double major in Real Estate and Finance, and then began his career at New Regional Planning where he specialized in project leasing.
Will seeks to add value through consulting with his clients in all areas of shopping center development, leasing strategies, tenant mixes, and exit strategies. He also has a broad knowledge of all project types from un-anchored neighborhood strip centers to power anchored projects, value added re-developments, and regional malls.
Will is dedicated to adding long term value to his clients, and maximizing the potential of his client’s investments. He is highly active in his field and currently serves as the Houston co-chairman for ICSC Next Generation.
