Kent Maxey
Property Manager
Kent Maxey joined the Read King team in 2009 as Director of Property Management. He oversees all aspects of property management of our existing portfolio and all 3rd party management throughout Southeast Texas.
Kent has 20 years of professional management experience including restaurant, retail and property management where uses his diverse background to manage our assets with a unique prospective that not many other property managers can claim. His past 10 years were spent with General Growth Properties and AmREIT where he has managed single tenant NNN buildings, professional office buildings, strip centers and super regional shopping malls totaling over 8,000,000 square feet throughout Oklahoma and Texas.
Kent received his Bachelors degree in organizational leadership from Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma City.
He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, where he has earned his Certified Shopping Center Manager designation.
