Cathy Broussard joined Read King in 2005 as an accountant and contract administrator. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Cathy began her accounting career in a variety of industries. In 1995, she took a position at O'Connell Realty Advisers launching her real estate career. While there, she worked for 9 years as an accountant and contracts administrator. At Read King, her responsibilities have been greatly expanded to include not just accounting, but also the coordination of property taxes, insurance, tenant escalation calculations, human resources and payroll administration.
