Read King Commercial Real Estate was formed in 1991 specializing in retail & restaurant tenant representation. Since that time we have become one of the premiere real estate developers within the Greater Houston market.

Since we started exclusively as a tenant representation firm, we know what tenants are looking for when choosing a location. Due to our experience, we build our shopping centers with a clear eye for our prospective tenants. As our company has grown, so have our developments, clients and relationships.
